The Institute of Micro-nano Optoelectronics and Terahertz Technology successfully carried out the mid-term examination of the 2020 graduate dissertation in the conference room on November 16. The teachers of Yunpeng Ren, Lijing Huang and Jingjing Zhang served as the judges of the defense meeting. All the graduate students of Grade 2020 of the Institute participated in the defense.

During the defense, the students reported their progress on the research topic and answered the judges' questions. Through the preparation of exquisite PPT and excellent on-site presentation performance, the students summarized and presented the project from the aspects of research background, research content, achieved stage research results, existing problems and solutions, and later planning. In the q&a session, the judges gave full affirmation to the students' research progress and put forward valuable opinions. After the resolution, all the respondent students passed the mid-term examination.
