On September 16-18, 2019, the 3rd China Laser Micro-Nano Processing Technology Conference was held in Suzhou. The conference was hosted by the Jiangsu Laser Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and the National Laser Processing Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, with Jiangsu University as the co-organizer. The conference invited more than 10 well-known experts and scholars from Tsinghua University, Shanghai Institute of Optics and Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing Advanced Laser Research Institute, Tongji University, Soochow University, Tianhong Laser, Beilin Laser and other units to give reports. Professor Ye Yunxia led a group of 12 people from the Micronano Optoelectronics and Terahertz Technology Research Institute to participate in this conference.
        Ren Yunpeng of Jiangsu University gave a report titled "Research on the Mechanism of Femtosecond Laser and Aluminum Nanostructure and Its Media Environment" at the conference. He introduced the research progress of Jiangsu University in the field of femtosecond laser and nanoparticle interaction. The application potential of the work in cancer treatment, micro-nano structure processing, etc. is prospected. Through this conference, the exchanges between Jiangsu University and various universities and research units have been promoted, and the reputation of Jiangsu University in the field of laser micro-nano processing has been expanded.
