The 3rd China Advanced Laser Technology Application In Rail Transit Conference was held in Changzhou city, Jiangsu province from August 14 to 16, 2019, hosted by Jiangsu Laser Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and National Laser Processing Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance.
        With social changes and technological progress, high-end rail transit equipment has become a business card of our country, and laser intensification, laser cleaning, laser cutting, laser welding and remanufacturing have become vital in the manufacturing process of high-end rail transit equipment. The laser processing team of Jiangsu University has focused on laser processing technology for more than 20 years, and has solid accumulation in typical laser processing methods, processing mechanisms, processes, technologies and equipment. In particular, this team has mastered the industrialized technology in laser strengthening, laser cleaning, and laser surface processing and can independently develop engineering equipment.
        Professor Ye Yunxia has focused on laser processing technology for many years and was invited as the host of this conference. During the meeting, she actively communicated with upstream equipment manufacturers and downstream laser processing technology application users, which expanded influence of the laser processing technology team of Jiangsu University in the rail transit industry.
